As we relax on the sandy shores/sometimes we need time to let our minds take a break/as the waves beat up against the shoreline/feeling like your in a ocean that will pull you under/trying to understand the reasons that God made life the way he did/
Looking across the ocean and seeing water/can lead you to be afraid/or it can overwhelm you with the beauty of our maker/looking at the sunset/and realizing it was made for us/and understanding that God/loves us more than amount of water we see/
God can bring us through the oceans/but we have to step out of the boat/because God will be there/when we trust Him/it’s never been easy for me/to step onto the water/my fears sometimes overwhelm me/but there is hope because/my God can calm the waves/
Looking across the ocean/seeing nothing but water/looking for the lighthouse that’s on the distant shore/we can enjoy the journey home/or be scared every step of the way/but either way we’re going to make it out/and the journey will be worth finding beauty in the waves/
You paint a picture of the vastness of an ocean, both intimidating and exciting. I like the perspective of ‘making it out’ whether I worry or look for the beauty.
