Sometimes I love the mundane/the peace that comes with routines/don’t like change but sometimes it happens/I like it when things fall into place/weeks ahead and don’t like surprises/but sometimes life likes to change the plans/Is it still possible/
From time to time/life tells me to expect the unexpected/and sometimes my mind needs a minute/to adjust/but from time to time/life doesn’t wait/for your mind to process/I didn’t know I was so rigid/but my friends who know me would agree/
Change it up a bit/keep your plans fluid/let the waves roll/half a million other cliches/roll with the punches/sometimes it seem like life won’t wait/if you stay on the sidelines waiting/you may miss what is waiting on the other side/of the uncertainty of emotions/
From time to time/I just want to take a break/from time to time/I want things to slow down a bit/sometimes I need a rest/sometimes I just want to be alone/processing change is hard for me/when my plans collide with life/nothing I can do though/other than remember from time to time/things don’t go as planned/
