Take a moment and breathe
Take a step back and re-evaluate my situation
Just to bring clarity to my mind, take some me time and un-wind
Just longing for life to break my way for once
The trials are adding up
The journey is getting hard
The hills are steeper than ever
The valley’s have me feeling lower than I ever have been
I just want things to work out
I just want people to get along
I just want to be a peacemaker in the midst of the chaos
I just want things to stay consistent
Just because you need a shoulder to cry on doesn’t mean I want to be one
Just because you need a person to vent to doesn’t mean I’ll make you warmer
Just because you need a friend a heart to hold when things are falling a part
All that to say I’ll be there for you but life can be just as hard for me as it’s for you
