There are days I don’t feel like getting out of bed/other days I find it hard to let go of emotions/some days I wish someone could understand/when the tears won’t stop/when my pillow is soaked with tears from the night before/wondering to myself if anyone else is hurting too/

You tell me that I am treasured/you tell me that you care/tell me again that I am never alone/trying to process my emotions that I feel/you tell me it’s okay to cry/lay all my burdens down/there isn’t a better feeling/then when I release my fears to you/
I have held on tight for so long/my hands are open now/trembling as you teach me to let go/the past mistakes erased completely/trying to understand a love so rich/that would love me as I am/tell me again and again/that you’ve got me in your arms/that you hold the answers/
